For those who have been asking why the liberations have changed for 2022
At the AGM meeting at the beginning of January 2022 when I had just started working for the UNC, it was proposed by North East Counties Federation and seconded by Gateshead Federation that Chelmsford this year to be an East/West split in 2 cuts.
Sections 1, 4 & 6 in the East and Sections 2, 3 & 5 in the West
The vote took place and carried 10 votes for and 4 votes against therefore the liberation change request was granted.
It was also passed that North Yorkshire, Middlesbrough and East Cleveland Federations must go last in any cuts therefore Sections 2, 3 & 5 in the west have to go first
